SoHo’s M365 Copilot Stakeholder readiness workshop assesses your M365 tenant and business objectives to determine how ready an organization is to adopt Copilot. The workshop uses checklists, user licenses, and adoption metrics to indicate the return on investment of a Copilot.  

Other outputs from this workshop include examining the organization's content quality, M365 Copilot application readiness, security policies, and compliance requirements. 

Several preparatory steps are essential before deploying Copilot for M365 to ensure smooth integration and maximize its effectiveness within your organization. This workshop is designed to prepare the organization for Copilot and teach users and stakeholders how to leverage Copilot's capabilities to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and optimize workflows across various Microsoft 365 applications. 

Phase 1 – Laying the Groundwork and Deploying Copilot 

This session walks you through all the preparatory steps to integrate Copilot into your organization

  1. Assess your organization's needs and readiness: Evaluate your organization's current technology infrastructure, business processes, and employee needs to determine how Microsoft 365 Copilot can best support your goals.
  2. Develop a deployment plan: Create a detailed plan for deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot, including timelines, resources, and responsibilities. This plan should include employee training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
  3. Communicate with employees: Inform your employees about the upcoming deployment and how it will impact their work. Provide them with the necessary training and resources to help them adapt to modern technology.
  4. Test and pilot: Before rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to your entire organization, consider conducting a pilot program with a small group of employees to test the deployment process and gather feedback.
  5. Monitor and evaluate: After the deployment, monitor the adoption and usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot to ensure it meets your organization's needs. Gather employee feedback and make any necessary adjustments to improve the user experience.

Phase 2 – Training Session for Stakeholders 

This session is designed for stakeholders to understand how to use Copilot to support day-to-day functions of the organization's user base.

  • How does Copilot integrate with M365 applications and services? 
  • How do you access and activate Copilot within your workflow? 
  • Copilot Features and Scenarios: 
  • How do you use Copilot to create, edit, and format documents, emails, presentations, and spreadsheets? 
  • How do you use Copilot to generate content, suggestions, summaries, and insights? 
  • How do you use Copilot to collaborate and communicate with others? 
  • How can you customize and personalize Copilot to suit your preferences and needs? 

Tips and Tricks:

  • How do you get the most out of Copilot and avoid common pitfalls?
  • How do you troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors with Copilot?
  • How do you provide feedback and request new features for Copilot?
  • Q&A Session: Answer users' questions or concerns about Copilot and its functionality.
