Brand name clients, in industries such as financial services, healthcare, and construction, trust him with mission critical projects and staffing needs that require the highest level of expertise.  His focus is executing on projects and long-term staff augmentation roles. He provides strategic leadership, tactical leadership, human resource management, and staffing expertise that attracts Microsoft MVP caliber candidates.

Tosha is a seasoned Microsoft technology solution consultant with client engagement, project management, and client support experience. She is an excellent communicator, precise and organized with a highly professional approach. She is most comfortable taking the lead with client communication, requirement gathering, and maintaining project schedules.

Michael Rava helps companies find IT staff for mission-critical projects and full-time employment. He has honed SoHo’s talent-sourcing methods while working side-by-side with hiring managers in different verticals. Under his leadership, SoHo’s sourcing team functions as an extension of client’s IT/HR,  augmenting human capital headcount and swarming on project objectives to reach milestones ahead of schedule.

Gregg is an experienced application specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. He is skilled in network administration, SharePoint, e-Builder, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Systems products. He is a strong information technology professional with a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in information technology from Old Dominion University.

Anna is an MVP with over 12+ years of experience on various Microsoft technologies. She has vast experience in solution design, implementation, and product customization on different versions of Microsoft 365 apps.

Dharav successfully brings useful technology to solve everyday customer problems. He has led teams, managed tough projects, and consistently delivered value to his customers throughout his career. As managing director of SoHo India, his responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, strategy, P&L management, acquiring new customers, building new capabilities, solution design/support, customer service, operational delivery, SLA compliance, and people development.

Vytenis is an experienced and results-driven leader with expertise in business strategy, team building, offshore delivery, and organizational change management. His diverse work experience spans multiple countries across Europe and Asia.

Audrius is a proven operations leader and process excellence professional with 20+ years of experience in driving change to foster growth. His passions are operations, organizational transformation, and project execution. He strives for continual process improvement through analysis and action and delivers results by blending systemic solutions with business process enhancements. He partners with his employees to create a sense of shared ownership and welcoming company culture.
