Ronen is an accomplished Technology Executive with 30+ years experience in designing and delivering innovative business solutions. He has expertise in leading transformations across industries focused on automation, data governance and analytics. Ronen was instrumental in building multiple teams from the ground up at a number of start-ups and hedge funds.

Ronen’s most recent role was Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Waterfall Asset Management, a New York based credit manager, joining in November 2015 as their first CTO. He was Head of Application Development at MSD Capital, a private investment firm that exclusively manages the assets of Michael Dell and his family, for 10 years. Prior to MSD, he held a number of strategic and leadership roles Including Tradeworx, a fintech start-up that focused on real-time analytical tools and wealth management applications. Ronen founded Macron Logic, and was the co-founder of SYNEX. Ronen Has a BS from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College in Computer and Information Science.
